Sri Saraswathi College of Education, Anantapur was established in 1986. It is affiliated to Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur and approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) to conduct course in the field of teacher education.

Shri Saraswati College of Education is a co educational institute, which imparts its course in English medium. Further, it is a self financed college.

The college offers all the basic facilities for the smooth conduct of the course and to ensure that its students acquire overall knowledge.
