Sri Guru Angad Dev College of Education, Khadur Sahib was established in 1970.

Sri Guru Angad Dev College of Education Khadur Sahib has their roots in the main Sri Guru Angad Dev College Khadur Sahib.

Sri Guru Angad Dev College Khadur Sahib dedicated to the 500 Parkash Utsav of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Sri Guru Angad Dev College Society, Khadur Sahib came in to existence as registered educational society under Societies Registered Act XXI of 1860.

It was registered in the office of the “The Registrar of Joint Stock Companies, Punjab” on March 09, 1970 and its registration No. is 129.

Under the administration of this 37 years historic society two colleges and six schools are working successfully.

Inspired by the mega success of these institutions, the historic Sri Guru Angad Dev College Society Khadur Sahib (Regd.) in its resolution No. 42 dated Nov. 21, 2003 resolved to establish Sri Guru Angad Dev College of Education Khadur Sahib in commemoration of 500 Parkash Utsav celebrations of Sri Guru Angad Dev Ji. It was visualized over a sprawling campus of 6 Acres.
