Snehavardhak Mandal’s Shaikhanik Trust College of Education, Pune is affiliated to University of Pune. The institution, which started its first academic session in 2008, has gained recognition from National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Bhopal.

The College of Education is run by SMS & ET's since July 2008, It is a premier graduate Teachers' Training college affiliated to SPPU.
It is an English medium, co-educational & non residential institution.

The College also runs a Distance Education Course (DSM) Diploma in School Management affiliated to Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University.
It is a one year course for working, Principal/Supervisor/Teachers with minimum two years of experience.
