Shri H S Shah College of Commerce, Modasa was established in 1968, under the aegis of ‘The Mathuradas Laljibhai Gandhi Higher Education Society’, as a part of Shri S. K. Shah and Shri Krishna O. M. Arts College.

The commerce college is affiliated to Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Patan, and recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC), Government of India.

Shri H S Shah College of Commerce is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council(NAAC), Bangalore.

To impart excellent knowledge to the young aspirants of the region, the educational institute offers undergraduate program in the field of commerce.

The college also imparts Master of Commerce (M.Com) as the University PG Centre. Shri H S Shah College of Commerce is spread over 18.29 acres of land and is well equipped with modern facilities.
