Sasi Degree College, Undrajavaram Mandal was established in 2005 managed under SASI Educational Society which runs SASI E.M. High School, SASI Junior College and SASI Junior College for Girls at Velivennu, SASI Junior College and SASI Institute of Technology & Engineering (SITE) at Tadepalligudem.

The College is affiliated to Andhra University.

The College is recognized by UGC and Govt. of Andhra.
