Samata College, Visakhapatnam was established in the 1992 by Sri Balaji Vidya Parishad. The institution is affiliated to Andhra University and approved by AICTE.

Samata College was established by Sri Srinivasa Vidya Parishad (Regd.) in the year 1992. The College has qualified and experienced faculty members. Facilities for games and sports are available with 4.00 acres of land exclusively earmarked for this purpose. The College is located in the Heart of the City in M.V.P. Colony, Visakhapatnam, in permanent buildings. The college is well connected with RTC bus routes. Well-equipped laboratories with latest Computer Systems, good Library with latest books, National and International journals have been provided.

The college is managed by Alwar Das Group, which runs 27 educational institutions in greater Visakhapatnam right from play school to research and consultancy. The college has earmarked twelve medals for students who secure highest number of marks, to be awarded on the annual day of the college.
