Saifia Hamidia Unani Tibbia College, Burhanpur was established in 1962 by the Unani Tibbi Education Society of Burhanpur.
The College was named after the two world-renowned personalities: the one being late Dr. Taher Saifuddin Saheb (A.Q.), the spiritual Head Priest Dawoodi Bohra sect and the other one late Padma Shri, Padma Bhushan Alhaj Hakeem Abdul Hameed Saheb (A.Q.) the Founder trustee of Hamdard National Foundation, the Founder Chancellor of Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi.
The College is located on S.H. No.27 (Khandwa-Burhanpur Road) on the outskirts of the fortified city of Burhanpur and is being run in spacious building furnish with adequate infrastructure.
