Sai Institute of Paramedical & Allied Science (SIPAS), Dehradun was established in 2003. Its affiliated to Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University.

Sai Group of Institutions was established in the year 2003 as Sai Institute of Paramedical and Allied Sciences by Mr. Harish Arora and Mrs. Rani Arora.
