Rofel Shri G.M. Bilakhia College of Pharmacy (RSGMBCP), Gujarat was established in 1971.

The college is a unit institute of Rotary Foundation for Education and Learning (ROFEL), Vapi, which is a charitable trust. ROFEL emphasizes world class research base and job oriented studies.
