RIMT College of Architecture, Mandi Gobindgarh was established in 2001.

It is one of the renowned institute for technical education in Punjab.

The institution has gained the approval from All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, Government of Punjab and Council of Architecture, to conduct undergraduate course in architecture.

RIMT College of Architecture is affiliated to Punjab Technical University (PTU), Jalandhar. RIMT College of Architecture is managed and run by Shri Om Parkash Educational and Social Welfare Trust, which started its journey in 2001.

with the inception of RIMT Institute of Management & Computer Technology. Other colleges coming under the Trust are RIMT Polytechnic College, RIMT Institute of Engineering and Technology and RIMT College of Education.

The mission of RIMT is to provide value based architectural education & mould the character of the young generation through a synthesis of architecture and spirituality so that their earnest endeavour to achieve progress & prosperity in life is matched by an ardent desire to extend selfless service to the society , one complementing the other.
