Redcarpet Hotel & Culinary Academy, Pune was established in 2009. The directors of the academy planned it to be a center for excellence in the dedicated field of hotel industry. Redcarpet Hotel & Culinary Academy specializes and offers two independent qualifications from United Kingdom. Although the qualifications are from UK, the classroom studies take place in India. The student has to attend classes in Pune for the first two years and the third year studies will have to be completed in UK. Redcarpet offers the following degrees - A. Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management B. Degree / Diploma in Culinary Arts It is important to note that this allows the student to be eligible to do two years employment apart from the internship of six months.
