Rani Dhanya Kumari College (RDKC), Murshidabad was established in 1962.

This is a well -known self financing and Co-education College. The college is imparting the higher education to this college.

The college comes under the University of Kalyani, established in 1960 with a campus area of over 400 acres in Kalyani town. It caters mostly to the students of rural and back ward areas.
