Ramgarhia College of Education, Phagwara formerly known as Ramgarhia Training College was established in 1956.

Its managed under Ramgarhia Educational Council with two units of Bachelor of Training (B.T.) class under the aegis of Ramgarhia Educational Council Phagwara.

The progressive college, Ramgarhia College of Education was founded by illustrious sons of Punjab late S. Mohan Singh Hadiabadi (Founder President) and late S. Mela Singh Bhogal (President) with the active cooperation of other members of Ramgarhia Community.

Presently this body is steered by S. Bharpur Singh as its President.

Ramgarhia College of Education is imparting quality teacher education to graduates for degree of Bachelor of Education. Ramgarhia College of Education has been accredited B+ Grade by NAAC.
