Rajendra Institute of Medical Science (RIMS), Ranchi was established in 2002.

Its affiliated to Ranchi University.

It is an autonomous institute under Government of Jharkhand. RIMS presently with a capacity of 991 beds, (being upgraded to 1500) RIMS offers its patients services of highly qualified doctors and trained Para medical staff.

The institute boasts of some of the finest physicians & surgeons who are renowned in their fields.

It also offers excellent radiological & pathological investigation facilities. All these put together with the positive attitude of every member of the Institute’s staff, give the institute an extra edge and make it the premier health care institute of the state.

College of Nursing Rajendra Medical College & Hospital provides placement assistance to all its students.
