Rural Development Society's B.S W College, Mudalgi (Dist. Belagavi) was also known as R.D.S. B.S.W. College, Mudalgi Belagavi was established in 2002.

It is one of the premier colleges established to impart & provide in the field of higher education for the deserving candidates and prove to be a milestone in the part of progress.

It is affiliated to Rani Channamma University, Belagavi and it is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under section 2(f) & 12(B) under Act, 1956 State Government of Karnataka.

R.D.S. B.S.W. College has many students studying in various classes with very well qualified faculty/teachers teaching them giving a healthy student-pupil ratio of. These teachers are able to provide innovative and practical teaching to the students.

This helps in overall development of our students. The aim of the college is to educate the youths in the Social field.

The main aim of the college is determined to provide the quality education to the future teachers. With the correct mix of technology and human touch, the college empowers the aspiring teachers to propagate education through the rungs of the society so that they serve the nation while making a satisfying career for themselves.

The college offers three years undergraduate courses in Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) under Rani Channamma University, Belagavi.
