About Pratap Chandra Memorial Homoeopathic Hospital & College
Pratap Chandra Memorial Homoeopathic Hospital & College, Kolkata was established in 1926 by late Dr. Jitendra Nath Majumder, in order to commemorate the name of his illustrious father late Dr. Pratap Chandra Majumder who was one of the pioneers of homoeopathy in India and popularized homoeopathy in Bengal. The college is affiliated to Calcutta University and the West Bengal University of Health Sciences and recognized by the Central Council of Homoeopathy (CCH) and AYUSH under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India and is recognized by the Govt. of West Bengal. The college is a private institution run by Board of Trustees and managing Committee.
