The campus of PIMS is spread across a sprawling campus of 32 acres with lush, thick greenery covering the campus. The coconut palms are a scenic view in the Coromandel Coast. The Institute has lecture theatres with air condition facilities; There are demo rooms to provide practical learning experience.

The Institute provides separate hostel facilities for boys and girls, with common sharing rooms. Each hostel has its mess facility and separate canteens. The labs are well equipped with latest technologies and the testing is done 24*7, the library has books from various authors that can be of help to all the students to enrich their learning, Internet facilities are also provided in the library.

There is a computer section where the students can access internet and prepare for their assignments. The college has an auditorium that can accommodate 700 people at a time.

The medical education unit is equipped with skill lab that gives the students hands-on experience; this is where the students are taken practical classes and taught about human anatomy. There are facilities like a basketball court, Football ground, volleyball court, throw ball court, Tennis court, Indoor Shuttle and table tennis provided for the recreation of the students.

The Institute has also made Facilities for gymnasium. PIMS has anti-ragging committee for the welfare of their students.
