Parul Institute of Architecture and Research,Gujarat was established In Gujarat State, there was no self-financed Institute for higher and professional education till 1993.

Its affiliated to Gujarat Technological University.

Thousands of students had to migrate to other states for their higher education.

It was Parul Arogya Seva Mandal Trust, which took an initiative and leadership to pursue the matter.

It was only through the arduous efforts of the trust that the policy of self financed Institution was introduced by the Government of Gujarat and the first self financed college of Gujarat State was established by Parul Arogya Seva Mandal in the Year 1993 viz.

Ahmedabad Homoeopathic Medical College at Ahmedabad.
