It is promoted by Jindal Steel and Power Limited, India's fastest growing STEEL & POWER Company and is an industrial conglomerate of the US $ 15 Billion Jindal Organization. The multidisciplinary university aims to develop young professional and future leaders who will not only power growth and developmen in the state but also make a mark globally. It aims to offer an education that fosters the growth of innovative thinking, technical excellence and builds leadership skills.
