It is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad.

Mirza Ahmed Baig the founder chairman is a well known Muslim Minority leader, and educationist, a social reformer and Ex:Chairman of Nalagonda Municipality.

His aim and dreams are to Establish number of institution, Trainee and research center int he field of Engeering and Technology, Education and Business Management for the uplift of socially for under privileged youth of society Espically of Muslim Community.

His long year of Struggle and dedication in the field are showing the Results in the form of a number institution being established by the society : Noor College Of Education ( B.Ed), Noor P.G.College of Computer Science (MCA).
