Neyveli Teacher Training Institute, Keelakollai was established in 2005.

Its Affiliated to Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University.

Neyveli Teacher Training Institute is managed under Neyveli Educational Trust.

The Institution is situated near the Chennai Kumbakonam main road in keelakollai in a sprawling complex with adequate infrastructure facilities surrounded by an academic ambience.

National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi through their Regional Council in Bangalore granted recognition to conduct two year Diploma course in Teacher Education for 50 students in the year 2005-2006.

The Neyveli Educational Trust started a Teacher Training Institute in the remote village of Keelakollai in Panruti Tk.

The Institute is happy to produce efficient and devoted secondary grade teachers through a two year diploma course in Teacher Education.
