About Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Medical College, Jabalpur
Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Medical College, Jabalpur was established in 1955, as Medical College Jabalpur which was renamed to current name in 1997.
The states were re-organized in 1955-56.
Many of the students of the first batch of Jabalpur Medical College including the author were actually admitted in Nagpur Medical College and were subsequently transferred to Jabalpur.
It is recognized as the biggest tertiary medical care center in the Mahakoushal region.
