The Netaji Subhash Ashram Mahavidyalaya Suisa, Purulia is a novel institute of the district in the field of higher education and it occupies a unique position in education in the state.

It offers a range of degrees at under graduate level. The institute was the first to introduced chhou dance and mask making as add-on course sponsored by UGC.

Their mission is to make the institution a dynamic entity and a distinct, socially responsible institution.
