N.C. College of Engineering Technical Campus, Israna (Panipat) is a premier self-financing group of educational institutions in the State of Haryana.

It was established in the year 1998 in the memory of Late Lala Nemi Chand Ji, a freedom fighter, and social reformist. The other institutions established in his memory are N.C. Institute of Computer Sciences, N.C. College of Education and N.C. Institute of Technology.

It is a prominent group of institutes of technical and management education, which is run by renowned industrialists, academicians, social workers and top professionals from all walks of life.

NC College of Engineering, Israna is permanently affiliated to Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra and is working as an Autonomous Institute under Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra.

The college is recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC) and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

The college has been granted the facility to improve and modify the syllabus of the BTech, MTech and MBA courses so as to cater the need of the Indian and Foreign Industry. Most of the programs are accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA) New Delhi.

The Institute has been granted the academic autonomy to serve the fast changing industry requirements. The college has developed unique industry catalyzed syllabus update mechanism to cater the needs of various industries. And what more, the institution has ISO 9000:2008 Certification too.

NCCE Technical Campus offers B.Tech. Programs in seven leading and emerging disciplines, four M.Tech. Programs, one Integrated program Masters of Technology Management, BBA, BCA, MBA, MCA and Doctoral Programmes in four disciplines.
