Narottam Singh Padam Singh Govt. Degree College, Mangarahan was established in 2002.

Its Affiliated with Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith.

The College is highly spirited and dedicated to the noble cause of providing world class education, training environment in many different by continuous sincere effort, innovative and matching with the current day to day analysis of the trade and backed by professional attitude, meaningful research and intimate relations with the industry and other institutions of India and abroad.

The College was inaugurated by Shri Om Prakash Singh, Minister, Higher Education, provides free land for establishment of the degree college.

The College established under Govt. Order. for 7 subjects mainly Hindi, English, Psychology, Home Science, History, Economics and Political Science.
