Mohamed Sathak A.J. College of Physiotherapy (MSAJCP), Chennai was established in 2001 by the Mohamed Sathak Trust.

The college is affiliated to Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University and Recognised by Government of Tamilnadu.

The college is approved by Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Hyderabad.

Mohamed Sathak trust is a charitable educational organization established in 1973 by philanthropic Mohamed Sathak family of Kilakarai, Ramnad district, Tamilnadu, India, with the noble aim of promoting technical, medical and management education and training of personnel to meet the technical, health and managerial needs of the country.

At present the trust is governing 14 institutions.
