Mesco Institute of Management Computer Science (MIMCS), Hyderabad is a Muslim minority institute and has been managed by Muslim Educational Social & Cultural Organization.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) (Estd - 2001) A two year full time Post Graduate programme affiliated to Osmania University, approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Any graduate of an Indian university or with equivalent qualification is eligible for admission after qualifying ICET. 800 students have completed MBA course and 25 students passed with Distinction and rest in First and Second Division. Regular Seminars, Extension lectures by Experts from Industry and academia, Visits to industries, ISB, participation in National conferences, CII summits, Project work are special features.

The college is affiliated to Osmania University and recognized by the AICTE and approved by the APSCHE, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh and also accredited by NAAC.
