Manikya Lal Verma Shramjeevi College, Udaipur was established in 1956.

Its affiliated to Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth.

The college as part of Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth which imparts higher education only to those students who are gainfully employed during the day in any profession or vocation.

These students when they leave the college after completing their education do not pose any problem of unemployment.

Started with 30 students, the college has now strength of about fifteen hundred students.
