Mahatma Gandhi Dental college (MGDC), Jaipur was established in 2002.

The college is affiliated to the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences and approved by the Dental Council of India (DCI).

The college was recognised by Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India & Rajasthan Government.

The College provide for separate hostels for boys and girls that provide not only to the academic needs of the students but also a comfortable living atmosphere.

Due to the tremendous advancement in the field of Dental Medicine over the years, Mahatma Gandhi Dental College was established in 2002, with the 5 year degree (BDS) course (four year academic learning and one year internship) with theory and practical teaching and training in nine special dental subjects the college along with its dental hospital provide for central library, State of art Dental Surgical Equipments and Instruments

. A variety of teaching and learning techniques are employed to impart knowledge and skills to the studnets in various departments of the college.
