Established in 2002, Mahatma Gandhi College of Education (MGCE), Delhi is a premier education college running under Mind Power Educational Society.

The college is at present affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak and Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. It is also recognized & approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Jaipur.

The college is registered by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi and also certified by ISO 9001:2008 Certification.

The main aim of the college is determined to provide the quality education to the future teachers. With the correct mix of technology and human touch, the college empowers the aspiring teachers to propagate education through the rungs of the society so that they serve the nation while making a satisfying career for themselves.

At present, the college offers two years Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course for those who have completed their graduation with minimum aggregate of 50% from any recognized university are eligible to apply for this course.

Students here are admitted who completed their graduation from recognized university with at least 50% marks in major or in aggregate at the Degree level. But Scheduled Castes (S.C.), Scheduled Tribes (S.T.) & (O.B.C) candidates are to be entitled to a relaxation 5% marks ineligibility for admission.

The colleges also offer Diploma in NTT (Nursery Teacher Training Course) provides a platform for aspiring as well as professional nursery teachers to facilitate child-centric learning through storytelling, rhyming games and play. The NTT (Nursery Teacher Training Course) helps the nursery teachers to learn the methods of planned teaching through play and experiments.

It also offers Diploma in Primary/Elementary Teacher Training Course deals with the academic and developmental aspects of early childhood education. The PTT Course helps the teachers to hone the teaching skills so that they can establish a productive environment for the development of children.
