Mahakal Institute of Technology and Management (MTM), Ujjain was established in 2007 with a subtle aim to enable the young generation to be an integral part of the growing technological revolution and to impart both form of knowledge i.e. Theoretical and Practical.

At the inception days there were 4 branches of engineering viz Electronics & Telecommunication (60 seats) Computer Science, Information Technology and Civil.

From 2008 MITM started Management course with intake of 60 students, as well as intake of 30 student has been increased in computer science.

In 2009, Mechanical Branch with 60 intake and Electronics & Communication with increased intake of 30 has also been approved by AICTE.
