MAEER’s Arts, Commerce & Science College, Pune was established in 2004 and managed under MIT Group of Institutions, which was established as a society and charitable trust in 1983.

It is one of the premier colleges established to impart & provide in the field of higher education for the deserving candidates and prove to be a milestone in the part of progress.

The MAEER was also known as The Maharashtra Academy of Engineering Education and Research including with different institutions.

The college is affiliated with the Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune and it is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under section 2(f) & 12(B) under Act, 1956.

Most of the courses here are approved by MIT World Peace University, Pune and accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with "A" Grade (CGPA Score 3.15 on a 4 Point Scale in 1st Cycle) on 15th September 2012.

The MIT Group of Institutions has been established numbers of colleges/schools for the student in the region of Maharashtra and all over the India.
