KSERT College of Education, Srinagar was established in 2002.

The College is affiliated to University of Kashmir, Srinagar and stands recognized by the UGC, under section 2(f) of UGC Act of 1956.

The College imparts instructions in B.Ed Course. The College Campus is spread over 10 Kanals of land having three magnificent buildings, one three and two double storied which includes academic block, administrative block etc.

The college has a rich library comprising the books on reference, text and general nature.

The news papers, magazines and journals are also available in the library for the students perusing the B.Ed. course.

The College is run by a society namely Society for Promotion of Culture and Education, Registered under registration of Societies Act VI of 1998.

The Society is headed by Mrs. Mumtaz-un-Nisa Ex. Director of School Education.
