Krishnasamy College of Engineering and Technology (KCET), Cuddalore was established in 2001managed by Sri Krishnasamy Reddiar Educational Trust with the sole motto of ‘education, discipline and exaltation’.

The college has been approved by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to Anna University.

The prime aim of the college is to provide opportunities for the rural population in the backward district of Cuddalore to acquire technical education especially in the area of information and communication technology and create manpower for the emerging knowledge society.

The management is committed to provide quality technical education to the students, in particular from rural areas.

The college believes in imparting quality education to its students.

It believes that engineering graduates should have hands-on experience in their chosen area of specialization.
