Kishan Institute of Teacher's Education (KITE), Meerut was established in 2001. It is affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh (CCS) University, formerly known as Meerut University.

The institute has been recognized by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) for the teachers training programme.

Kishan Institute of Teacher's Education was set up in 2001 by Kishan Education Society. The institute aims at offering quality professional education to its students. The college is well equipped itself with all the state-of-the-art facilities.

Kishan Education Society was registered in the year 2001 with the vision of the founder Shri Harish Pal Singh (Ex. M.P.) to set up professional and technical institutes in order to bring education to the common man.

Kishan Education Society was formed with an outlook to impart quality education to the students. The institutes established under the aegis of the Society have an aim, to be the nucleus of excellence in their respective sphere of education.
