KCEF College of Education, Kashmir was established in 2002.

The college is run under an autonomous and non-political organization namely Kashmir Creative Education Foundation.

The campus is spread over 30 Kanals of landscape with infra structural facilities of about 34000 Sq.feet floor area.

The foundation is also affiliated to J&K Board of School Education for imparting Elementary Teachers Training 2 years course at 10+2 Level.

The college has well qualified forward looking, and interactive staff on board.

The college has spacious well furnished library with over 8000 books for its B.Ed students.

The college subscribes the professional journals and magazines besides keeping available all the leading National and Local dailies.
