Kamban College of Arts and Science for Women, Tiruvannmalai was established in 1996 by Saraswathi Ammal Educational Trust. It is affiliated to Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. The college is supervised and led by Thiru E.V. Velu, a visionary and also the Chairman.

Kamban College of Arts and Science for Women is committed to create an intellectual women society by providing best education to rural women. We believe that education would make women more perfect and educated individual woman will lead the nation in correct way. Empowerment of women will make them to come forward & contribute towards the upliftment of the country.

Thiru E.V. Velu has a long time desire to provide good education to rural women students. So the Kamban College of Arts and Science for Women was started to empower rural Women sector with an objective “Hard work makes women to achieve”

The college was intercepted in the year 1996 with Student Strength of 18 students. The management has their own branded Arts and Science Institution but to provide education to the poor & needy young women Arts & Science College was started. The objective of the Institute is to provide quality education with knowledge in science, inter disciplinary subjects, skill training to fetch job etc.

The college is constructed with all facilities to promote higher order education through efficient faculty & with needed infrastructures. We welcome you to our college and we assure you to provide assistance to achieve your goals.

The College was established with the noble thought of empowering females of the underprivileged community in the light of higher education and knowledge of international standards.

Down the years Kamban College of Arts and Science has been marked as a hub of academic excellence that imparts higher education in disciplines like Technology, Commerce, Arts and Science.
