Jhalawar Medical College (JMC), Jhalawar was established in 2007.

The college is affiliated to the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences and approved by the Medical Council of India (MCI).

The college is managed and run by Jhalawar Hospital and Medical College Society, under Government of Rajasthan. Jhalawar Medical College is attached to a hospital, which has the capacity of accommodating 500 beds.

Currently, the college conducts course in medical science, at undergraduate level. The new Hospital and College started functioning from 27th March 2008.

The first batch was admitted in 2008 through RPMT.

The institute's infrastructure is modern with well equipped facilities. A variety of teaching and learning techniques are employed to impart knowledge and skills to the students in various departments of the college.

The Hospital consists of three blocks the main block is a four storied building consisting inpatient departments and various patient related facilities.
