IERCEM Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Banipur was established in 2008.

Is affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology and approved by AICTE.

The college is under the aegis of Techno-India Group engaged in development of tertiary level technical manpower to serve the emerging knowledge-based society.
The aim of the institute is to provide an educational foundation for a range of IT, administrative and management careers in industry, public service including self employment.
