Established in 2002, HMR Institute of Technology & Management (HMRITM) is a private engineering college located in Hamidpur and managed under Hiralal Mohan Devi Rita Gupta Memorial Trust, offering both Managment & Engineering courses.

The name HMR stands after the founders of this institution late Sh. Hiralal, late Smt. Mohan Devi and late Smt. Rita Gupta spread over an area of 5 acres. The institute recognises the need for bringing up a new age cerebral workforce in today's highly competitive environment.

It was certified by ISO 9001:2008 Certification and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. Since 2002, the institute is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi.

The institute is well-equipped with the state-of-the-art infrastructure and stands for quality embedded higher education at par with global standard and an excellent learning environment.

At present, the institute offers coeducational undergraduate B.Tech course and also offers postgraduate courses in MBA and MCA with various specialisations with professional teaching faculty members.
