Handa College of Education, Jammu was established in 2003.

The college aims to train the teachers in such a way that they become boon for the society.

It plans to make the teachers such an inspiring force that they become instrumental in shaping the young individuals in such a way that they too become an asset to the society and the nation.

Their endeavor is to equip the aspiring teachers with latest educational teaching methods and technology. They strongly believe that if these young teachers are fully and properly equipped, they can become instrumental in shaping the future of the coming generations.
