Gramonnati Mandal's B.Ed College, Narayangaon (Dist. Pune) was established in 2008 under the management of Gramonnati Mandal, which was established in 1944.

It is one of the premier colleges established to impart & provide in the field of higher education for the deserving candidates and prove to be a milestone in the part of progress.

The college is affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. It is also recognized and approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Bhopal.

The aims are bringing development of the rural area through education such as a complete development of teaching personality and another related factor through the process of training to teachers and to cultivate teaching values the institution is heading towards progression.

It is co-educational private college, providing a regular course in which is located in the rural part of Junnar played a pioneering role in the field of higher education.

Guruvarya Sabnis the founder of Gramonnati Mandal was a great educationist and he had envisioned the development of the rural area through education. He made several experiments in education and this tradition has been continued by the management of Gramonnati Mandal.

The Sanstha has become one of the leading organizations for KG to PG quality and useful education in this area. Gramonnati Mandal runs 15 educational units in all over the Maharastra region.

The college offers two years Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) courses for those who have completed their graduation with minimum aggregate of 50% from any recognized university are eligible to apply for this course.

Students here are admitted who completed their graduation from recognized university with at least 50% marks in major or in aggregate at the Degree level. But Scheduled Castes (S.C.), Scheduled Tribes (S.T.) & (O.B.C) candidates are to be entitled with a relaxation 5% marks ineligibility for admission.
