Govt. Maulana Azad Memorial (MAM) College, Jammu was established in 1907.

It is the only institution of higher learning in the entire Jammu region.

The College started functioning w.e.f with the introduction of English, Mathematics, Philosophy, History, Sanskrit, Persian and Arabic as a part of Arts stream.

It is a premier institution takes pride in its achievement as a celebrated temple of learning.
