Commonly known as FORE, Fore School of Management was established in 1981 and it is situated in the heart of South Delhi.

FORE stands for 'Foundation for Organisational Research and Education, it offers postgraduate courses in the field of management and addition to its main academic programmes, FORE is also engaged in research, consultancy, seminars, academic conferences and research publications.

The PGDM, PGDM (IB) and PGDM (Financial Management) courses are approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

The PGDM & PGDM (IB) courses are accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA), New Delhi and South Asian Quality Assurance System (SAQS), Hyderabad accreditation.

The PGDM and PGDM (IB) courses are recognised as equivalent to MBA. Equivalence permission is granted by Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi.

FORE’s Doctoral Program is recognized by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), New Delhi and has been granted the status of Approved Research Centre (ARC) to run the PhD Program in Management Studies.

At present, FORE offers two years full-time postgraduate diploma and various PhD programmes in the field of management stream with various specialisations.

Admission to the full-time PGDM courses is based on the marks obtained through Common Admission Test (CAT). However, from 2016 the institute has started accepting Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) and Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) scores as well.

Scholarship 

  • Merit-cum-Means Scholarship Scheme
  • All the students who have not taken admission for PGDM (FMG) or the PGDM-IB (IMG) under the "Sponsorship Category" are eligible
  • There must not be any indiscipline and/or misconduct decision against the student. If such a decision is taken against a student who has already been awarded the scholarship then the scholarship will be discontinued immediately
  • The student must have scored a minimum CGPA of 3.00 on 4.00 scale and 7.50 on 10.0 scale (as the case may be) until the last grade point declaration by the Institute
  • Application of students securing D of F Grade in any of the courses will be rejected
  • To continue receiving the scholarship the student must maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.00/7.50 (with no D and F Grade) in all academic terms
  • The student s aggregate family income including self should not be more than Rs. 6.00 lacs p.a
