Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College (FMHMC), Mangalore was established in 1985.

The college is affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. The college is a unit of Father Muller Charitable Institutions a Registered Society sponsored by the Catholic Diocese of Mangalore and also a Religious Minority Educational Institution established primarily for the benefit of the members of the Christian Community.

The college is managed by Father Muller Charitable Institution.

A variety of teaching and learning techniques are employed to impart knowledge and skills to the students in various departments.
