Dr. B. V. Syamala Ratnam School of Nursing, Anantapur was established by Dr. B.V. Syamala Rathnam Charity Trust Hindupur. The college is approved by the Government of Andhra Pradesh and is affiliated to Sri Krishnadevaraya University. Dr. B. V. Syamala Ratnam School of Nursing is recognized by Andhra Pradesh Nursing Council and Indian Nursing Council (INC), to conduct course in the field of nursing. The college offers all the basic amenities in the campus. The college provides practical exposure to their students, which helps them in acquiring in depth knowledge in the field of nursing.
