Deesa Nagar Panchayat (D.N.P.) Arts and Commerce College, Deesa was established in 1969 under Sardar Patel Education Foundation, Deesa.

It is one of the premier institutions to impart & provide a platform in the field of higher education for the deserving candidates and prove to be a milestone in the part of progress.

The college is affiliated to Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Patan and recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under section 2(f) & 12(B) under Act, 1956. It is accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with "B" Grade.

In the academic year 2013-2014, Sardar Patel Education Foundation Trust has launched the growing demanded course Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA). So, the trust was established a new college on this campus as Smt. Chandanben Shantilal Swarupchand (S.S.) Shah B.C.A. College, Deesa.

This institute offers three years full-time degree Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) course affiliated to Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Patan.

These colleges are situated in a large beautiful campus in a peaceful area and have the facilities of a large playground and a rich library. The dedicated and devoted teachers of the institution have always aimed at the overall development of the students.

The college aims at making its students well-equipped with all the qualitative skills which are the need of the day. To achieve its objectives, the college organizes sports activities, NSS activities, NCC activities, seminars, debates, discussions, lecture series, General-Knowledge quiz, dramatics, community development activities.

The aim of Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) course is to provide graduate students with a deep and systematic understanding of the techniques of research, extend, create, interpret and apply knowledge in Computer Application.

D.N.P. Arts and Commerce College, Deesa offers three years degree courses in Arts & Commerce stream and also offers two years postgraduate courses under Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Patan. It also offers some UGC & Add-on courses.

The college has a Contact Centre of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University, Ahmedabad for three years degree & career-oriented courses.
