Coromandel Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (CIHMCT), Visakhapatnam was established in 1995. The college is affiliated to the Andhra University. The institute offers high quality education in hotel operations. Situated in Visakhapatnam, the institute has well facilitated infrastructure with hundred percent placement record. It is the first institute to introduce 'Optimum Industry Exposure' system where students are trained in hotel industry right from the first year itself. The college provides diploma (Hotel Management and Catering Technology) and graduate and postgraduate (Hotel Management and Tourism) courses. Certificate courses are also offered. English and French language coaching is given. The main features of this college are inter personal skills development, free personal and career counseling, regular industry interaction and exposure, computerized evaluation and exposure, computerized evaluation and progress charting and training for impeccable grooming.
