College of Management Computer and Engineering (CMCE), Bokaro was established in the year 1995. Its Affiliated Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University.

CMCE College was established in the year 1995 as a higher education program facilitators from various universities. It has been associated with several Indian and foreign Universities in its journey of more than 25 years as an Educational Support Service Organization. Several thousand of students from India & abroad have successfully completed their various programs through us and are successful in their lives. Since the year 2020, CMCE College is exclusively dealing with the PhD by Research and MBA Programs from IIC University of Technology, Kingdom of Cambodia as their GLOBAL ENROLLMENT & STUDENT SUPPORT FACILITATOR.

CMCE is an educational institute operates under the aegis of SARASWATI FOUNDATION, a Registered Educational Trust.

with an objective of offering management, computer and engineering programmes. Students are the top priority at CMCE and sole objective of this institute is to offer quality education and contribute towards national human resource development.

Since the year 2005, the College functions under the aegis of Saraswati Foundation.

The Saraswati Foundation was established as per the provisions of relevant public charitable trust acts. The objective of this trust is to offer educational services to the general public and to maintain college.

It offers management, computer and engineering programmes through CMCE Bokaro. The Founder Trustees of the Trust are Dr. K. S. S. Rakesh and Mrs. Anubha Shrivastava. The Trust manages the College through a Management Committee.

There are seven honorary members in the management committee.
