College of Engineering Perumon (CEP), Kollam was established in 2000 is one among the prestigious nine engineering colleges under CAPE established by the Government of Kerala.

The Institution is affiliated to Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) which is one of the prestigious universities in India.

The main aim of the college is to mould quality engineers to suit the needs of the society-engineers.
Engineers who have technical skills to operate in an increasingly complex technological world, the intellectual capacity to adapt to constant change, and leadership potential to make the fullest possible contribution to the development of the community.
